Aikido – Trial days NMS Völkendorf

Aikido Kimusubi Dojo hosted 2 class visits on July 5th and 6th by
classes 2A and 3A from Neue Mittelschule Völkendorf. During the morning
session we covered stretching, beginnings of falling exercises, some aikido
techniques and aikido philosophy. Super thanks for the teachers of the classes ( Frau
Michaela Putz, and Frau Sandra Maier ), aikido assistant teachers ( Marvin, Benjamin and Fionne ) and fully concentrated, fast learning classes!
