Kimusubi Aikido Dojo organised together with trainer David Köfer at Pferdehof Tiffany a Falling School ( Fallschule ) in Villach Dojo on Saturday 16.1.
We practised intensively the basics of falling and rolling to avoid injuries and how to observe what is happening around us while falling.
Our team was:
Matti, Gerhard 3.dan, Michael 1.dan, Benjamin and Marvin, who have both practised 1 year aikido, and assisted in the training. Big thanks.
It was a pleasure to see how concentrated the horse riders are, and how good their body control is to learn quickly new circular movements.
